About the Role
Join Kodiak Community Health Center as a Data Analyst responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing data to support clinical, operational, financial, regulatory, and quality improvement initiatives. You’ll partner with management, leadership, the Quality Department, and the EHR Specialist to understand business and information needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and validate data from primary and secondary sources
- Perform statistical analyses and interpret results to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize reporting and analytics needs
- Produce clear reports and presentations for management and leadership
- Apply best practices to analyze large datasets while maintaining strong data integrity
- Support quality improvement efforts by identifying trends and opportunities
Requirements
- Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and validation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working with healthcare-related data sources and operational metrics
