About the Role
Clover Care Services (CCS) is building a proactive, data-driven health care platform that helps improve outcomes for patients and supports providers with actionable insights. As a Senior Clinical Data Analyst, you will translate clinical and operational data into clear reporting and recommendations that strengthen care coordination and optimize resource utilization.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards that track external provider performance
- Develop population health management insights to support proactive care planning
- Respond to data requests from health care providers, practice administrators, and CCS leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and improve data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Experience working with clinical or healthcare data in analytics or reporting roles
- Strong dashboarding and data visualization skills
- Proficiency with SQL and common analytics/data tooling
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
