About the Role
Arc is electrifying the marine industry by rethinking powertrains, software, and vessel design from first principles. We’re scaling commercial applications—including tugs, ferries, and defense—supported by signed contracts and an expanding pipeline across vessel types. We’re looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to help grow and convert opportunities in this fast-moving market.
Responsibilities
- Own commercial sales efforts for electric marine solutions across targeted vessel segments
- Manage and advance leads through the full sales cycle, from discovery to close
- Build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive deal momentum
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solution positioning with customer needs
- Track pipeline health, forecast outcomes, and report progress to leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B commercial sales, preferably in industrial, maritime, or related environments
- Strong ability to manage complex deals and navigate stakeholder groups
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Torrance, CA
