About the Role
Coalition is seeking a Complex Claims Specialist to join our Claims team. In this role, you’ll help insured customers navigate cyber-related claims with a high standard of service—using thoughtful investigation and intelligent case handling to support effective resolution of cyber risk.
Responsibilities
- Manage and investigate complex cyber insurance claims from intake through resolution
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate next steps, gather documentation, and assess claim details
- Deliver clear, timely updates to clients while maintaining a client-first approach
- Review coverage and policy-related considerations to support accurate claim outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve claims workflows and the overall customer experience
Requirements
- Experience handling complex insurance claims (cyber or related lines preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work through ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills for client and internal collaboration
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving case requirements
