About the Role
Northmarq is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our Legal & Compliance team in our Tulsa, OK office. In this role, you’ll help support our compliance management framework and contribute to a culture of integrity across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with monitoring and supporting compliance processes and documentation
- Help ensure adherence to applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Support compliance reviews and help track findings to resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance workflows
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, risk, legal operations, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately
- Good organizational skills and comfort working with documentation
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders
