About the Role
We’re seeking a Legal Coordinator to provide administrative, organizational, and operational support to our Legal Department. In this community-facing role, you’ll help keep legal workflows moving smoothly while supporting regulatory compliance and contract-related processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day coordination for the Legal Department
- Support contract management activities and document organization
- Help maintain efficient legal workflows and administrative processes
- Coordinate tasks and information to support regulatory compliance efforts
- Provide operational support that enables the legal team to work efficiently
Requirements
- Must reside on California’s Central Coast (Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Monterey, or Santa Cruz Counties) or be willing to relocate upon hire
- Ability to work in the Santa Barbara office at least two days per week
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort supporting legal administration and compliance-related coordination
Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $27.48–$38.48
