Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support our legal team through both pre-litigation and litigation matters. This full-time, onsite role is based in Rochester, New York, and is ideal for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers accurate, timely work.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with personal injury case preparation from pre-litigation through litigation
• Manage case documentation and maintain organized files using legal software
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Coordinate deadlines and support time-sensitive tasks to keep matters moving
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and relevant parties

Requirements

• Prior experience as a litigation paralegal, with exposure to personal injury matters
• Strong familiarity with legal software and document management workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite in Rochester, NY
