About the Role
La Familia is seeking a Registered/Licensed Therapist to join our team at the Merced office. This role supports individuals and families through professional therapeutic services while working within agency policies and clinical standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services in accordance with applicable licensure and professional guidelines
- Deliver individualized care plans based on client needs and treatment goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client progress and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation required for clinical and administrative compliance
Requirements
- Registered and/or Licensed Therapist status (as required by the role)
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
