Consumer Engagement Ambassador (Monster Energy) - Entry-Level Onsite

About the Role

Monster Energy is looking for a Consumer Engagement Ambassador to help bring our brand to life in the places it matters most. In this role, you’ll represent Monster Energy at high-energy events and community activations, creating memorable experiences that turn curiosity into real product trial.

Responsibilities

• Support consumer engagement marketing (CEM) activations, including events, pop-ups, and street-level retail execution
• Engage with customers face-to-face to spark conversations and encourage product sampling
• Help ensure retail and event presence is executed with energy, consistency, and brand standards
• Represent Monster Energy in a professional, enthusiastic, and authentic way
• Collaborate with the CEM team to support campaign goals and on-site needs

• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with the public
• Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for brand experiences
• Ability to work in fast-paced, event-driven environments
• Reliability and a strong attention to detail during activations
