About the Role
As a Consumer Growth Marketing Principal, you’ll design and lead programs that connect riders with transportation services across the United States and beyond. You’ll own multi-channel marketing strategy—from paid social and out-of-home to lifecycle communications—guiding initiatives from early ideation through execution and measurement to improve outcomes for partners and local communities.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end lifecycle programs using quantitative and qualitative market research to tailor messaging by customer segment and key use cases
- Launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns while partnering with internal and external teams to track performance and improve engagement
- Accelerate rider growth through experimentation, testing new concepts that strengthen acquisition and retention playbooks
- Use data and insights to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and refine tactics based on results
Requirements
- Strong experience in consumer growth marketing, lifecycle programs, and multi-channel campaign execution
- Proven ability to use research and analytics to drive targeting, testing, and optimization
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and partner teams to deliver measurable results
