About the Role
Shipfusion is hiring a Continuous Improvement Specialist to strengthen how our warehouse systems and processes are executed across locations. Reporting to the VP, Product, you’ll serve as the on-site link between the Product and Operations teams—helping ensure the WMS is implemented as designed and used consistently.
Responsibilities
- Act as the daily connector between Product and Operations to maintain alignment on WMS usage and workflow standards
- Support system discipline by reinforcing correct processes and consistent application across sites
- Coordinate structured audits to verify adherence to established warehouse procedures
- Document findings and provide clear reporting to help teams understand gaps, trends, and next steps
- Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance
Requirements
- Experience working with warehouse operations and/or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong process improvement mindset with comfort using structured audits and measurable reporting
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and operational teams
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to ensuring consistency across multiple locations
