About the Role
Axiom is looking for a junior to mid-level Contract Manager to support leading technology and life sciences organizations. This role offers remote or hybrid flexibility and focuses on drafting, negotiating, and managing a variety of contract agreements.
Responsibilities
- Redline, edit, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements to support business objectives
- Analyze contract terms and provide reporting on findings
- Review and monitor contract compliance with internal policies and requirements
- Maintain an organized contract workflow and manage a contract queue efficiently
- Identify improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience reviewing and managing contracts in the technology industry
- Hands-on experience with agreement types such as NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, IT/vendor agreements, service agreements, affiliate agreements, and marketing agreements
