About the Role
LotusWorks is looking for a CSA Superintendent / Inspector to help ensure civil and structural construction work is executed safely, accurately, and in full compliance with applicable requirements. You will coordinate closely with internal leaders, subcontractors, and city inspectors to support inspection readiness and timely sign-off.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the QA/QC Manager, Construction Managers, and project Superintendents to support civil and structural construction activities
- Coordinate inspection workflows and documentation throughout the city inspection and sign-off process
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring work aligns with project requirements and quality standards
- Collaborate with subcontractors to address inspection needs, corrective actions, and on-site coordination
- Maintain clear communication with city inspectors to support smooth approvals and closeout
Requirements
- Experience supporting civil and structural construction inspections and sign-off activities
- Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and compliance expectations on construction projects
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including subcontractors and municipal inspectors
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation, inspection readiness, and issue resolution
