Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Customer Development Manager to join the ADUSA team. In this role, you’ll drive sales performance by owning volume, spending, and customer execution through strong customer engagement and close cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to achieve sales objectives across volume, spending, and customer execution
- Engage customers effectively to support growth and improve in-store execution
- Partner internally to align plans, priorities, and resources that support customer outcomes
- Monitor performance and use insights to drive continuous improvement in customer results
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer development, account management, or sales execution
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across internal teams and customers
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver results against measurable objectives
