About the Role
Join Microsoft as a Senior Account Manager for the IT-Enabled Services (ITeS) vertical. In this role, you’ll help customers navigate their digital and AI journey by aligning technology initiatives to measurable business outcomes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify, design, and accelerate the programs that matter most to their goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer growth by developing account plans focused on digital transformation and AI adoption
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into technology-enabled solutions
- Identify and accelerate initiatives across areas such as cloud modernization, managed services, analytics, and application development
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver solutions that support both customer value and Microsoft outcomes
- Track progress and outcomes to ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management with a strong understanding of IT services or technology consulting
- Ability to connect customer business needs to technology solutions such as cloud, analytics, AI, and managed services
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and growth through strategic planning and execution
