About the Role
Join our Occupational Health team as a Customer Service & Account Representative. You’ll support the Sales and Marketing team with account updates and internal customer service, while delivering responsive, high-quality service to both internal and external customers. You’ll also help drive proactive and reactive sales of Occupational Medicine services.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply OSHA and other Occupational Medicine and industrial regulations (e.g., DOT, NEPA, NFPA, NIOSH, CAHOC).
- Assist with onboarding and setting up new customer accounts in Epic, along with required database updates and documentation in Microsoft Word profile and eScreen 123.
- Support account management based on the client-specific plan discussed with the customer.
Requirements
- High school education; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience and/or an AAS degree preferred.
- Comfort learning regulatory requirements and applying them to day-to-day work.
