About the Role
Revin is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help customers get maximum value from our AI-driven platform. You’ll partner with clients to drive adoption, strengthen retention, and support measurable business outcomes across our end-to-end suite for operators in home services and construction.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing success and renewal planning
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and guide customers toward successful outcomes
- Identify adoption gaps, uncover risks early, and develop action plans to improve retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales to ensure customer needs are addressed
- Track key health metrics and communicate progress clearly to internal teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and drive results through influence
- Comfort with data and metrics to assess account health and performance
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Experience working in SaaS or technology environments is preferred
Benefits
- Base salary of $110,000–$130,000
- Variable compensation up to $40,000
- OTE range of $150,000–$170,000
- Full-time, on-site role in New York City
