About the Role

Revin is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help customers get maximum value from our AI-driven platform. You’ll partner with clients to drive adoption, strengthen retention, and support measurable business outcomes across our end-to-end suite for operators in home services and construction.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing success and renewal planning
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and guide customers toward successful outcomes
  • Identify adoption gaps, uncover risks early, and develop action plans to improve retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales to ensure customer needs are addressed
  • Track key health metrics and communicate progress clearly to internal teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and drive results through influence
  • Comfort with data and metrics to assess account health and performance
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience working in SaaS or technology environments is preferred

Benefits

  • Base salary of $110,000–$130,000
  • Variable compensation up to $40,000
  • OTE range of $150,000–$170,000
  • Full-time, on-site role in New York City
