Vokkan is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Relationship Supervisor to strengthen our client engagement and experience. If you enjoy challenges and innovation, you’ll help us build stronger relationships through structured follow-ups, insights, and meaningful touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationship and day-to-day client engagement
- Own the customer relationship “régua” (touchpoint cadence) strategy
- Track visits and improve the overall client experience
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reports
- Conduct customer research and support engagement initiatives
- Coordinate events and support strategic client communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online survey platforms
- Knowledge of event management and strategic communication
- Prior experience in customer service, relationship management, or similar roles—preferably in real estate
