About the Role

Vokkan is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Relationship Supervisor to strengthen our client engagement and experience. If you enjoy challenges and innovation, you’ll help us build stronger relationships through structured follow-ups, insights, and meaningful touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationship and day-to-day client engagement
  • Own the customer relationship “régua” (touchpoint cadence) strategy
  • Track visits and improve the overall client experience
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reports
  • Conduct customer research and support engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate events and support strategic client communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online survey platforms
  • Knowledge of event management and strategic communication
  • Prior experience in customer service, relationship management, or similar roles—preferably in real estate
