About the Role
Hippocratic AI is building the healthcare-focused, safety-first generative AI platform that enables safe, autonomous clinical conversations with patients. As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll help ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes and continue scaling successful deployments.
Responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding and drive successful adoption of our healthcare AI solutions
- Monitor customer health, identify risks early, and coordinate timely support
- Partner with internal teams to improve customer experience and reduce friction
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product and process improvements
- Support renewals and expansion efforts by demonstrating value and impact
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, account management, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working with data to track outcomes, adoption, and engagement
- Ability to manage multiple customer priorities in a fast-moving environment
