About the Role
Join LCPtracker as a Customer Success Manager I, where you’ll be the primary point of contact for assigned customers. In this role, you’ll help guide customers through onboarding and ongoing usage of our cloud-based SaaS platform for labor compliance in public works construction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned customers
- Support new customer onboarding and help drive successful adoption of the platform
- Partner with internal teams to ensure customers get timely answers and solutions
- Monitor customer needs and help identify opportunities to improve outcomes
- Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the customer lifecycle
Requirements
- Strong customer communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Comfort working with SaaS tools and learning new systems quickly
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of customer success concepts (onboarding, retention, adoption)
