About the Role
Join a hands-on team supporting advanced AI and enterprise computing environments across North America. As a Data Center Field Engineer on our Travel Team, you’ll help keep mission-critical infrastructure running by performing server deployments, upgrades, and break/fix support at customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve Dell PowerEdge server hardware issues (break/fix)
- Perform deployments, upgrades, and ongoing support for data center hardware
- Support rack installation activities, including rack and stack
- Travel to customer locations to deliver field service and maintain uptime
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure issues are documented and resolved efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing Dell PowerEdge servers
- Comfortable traveling extensively (up to 75–100%) across North America
- Experience supporting data center hardware deployments
- Strong rack and stack experience
- Solid server hardware troubleshooting skills
