About the Role
Lantern is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Operations to help strengthen the systems that support our specialty care platform. You’ll use structured logic and a continuous-improvement mindset to drive progress, improve data reliability, and enable teams across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Apply logic-driven decision-making to prioritize data operations work and improve outcomes
- Oversee day-to-day data operations processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability
- Identify gaps in workflows and implement improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support reporting and operational needs
Requirements
- Experience leading data operations or data management functions in a fast-paced environment
