About the Role

CharterUP is building an AI-native platform that modernizes group transportation and mobility. We connect enterprise and institutional customers with bus operators nationwide, and we support large-scale shuttle and transit programs across airports, campuses, industrial sites, and major events. As a Data Analyst, you’ll help turn operational and product data into clear insights that improve availability, pricing transparency, routing, and dispatch decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational, product, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to support day-to-day decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics and measure impact
  • Perform data quality checks and support improvements to data pipelines and tracking
  • Communicate findings through clear documentation, presentations, and actionable recommendations

Requirements

  • Proficiency with SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Comfort working with metrics, experimentation, and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication skills to translate insights for non-technical partners
