About the Role
We’re seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into clear insights that help teams make smarter decisions. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to analyze performance, identify trends, and support ongoing improvements.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to answer business questions
- Create reports and dashboards that communicate key metrics and findings
- Perform exploratory analysis to uncover patterns, anomalies, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics needs and success metrics
- Present insights clearly and recommend data-driven actions
- Monitor data quality and help improve data collection and reporting processes
Requirements
- Experience with data analysis (internship, project work, or early-career roles)
- Proficiency with SQL and/or data querying tools
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets and data visualization tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to validate results
- Excellent communication skills for explaining findings to non-technical partners
- Familiarity with Python, R, or BI platforms is a plus
