About the Role
We’re seeking a Data Analyst with strong Microsoft Excel skills to help analyze real-world data that supports next-generation AI systems. You’ll turn complex information into clear insights that teams can use to improve model performance and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis in Microsoft Excel to uncover actionable insights
- Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and shape analysis requirements
- Review, clean, and validate datasets to maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Create clear reports and visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities within complex datasets
- Document methods, findings, and recommendations with strong attention to detail
- Support data-driven decision-making within the customer’s team
Requirements
- Proven experience conducting business data analysis using Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy in data processing and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive outcomes
- Solid knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and data visualization
- Experience identifying inconsistencies and applying corrective actions
- Comfort working in fast-paced, data-focused environments

- Experience providing data insights to cross-functional teams
- Experience presenting analytical results to varied audiences
- Familiarity with additional tools or business intelligence platforms
