About the Role
Join CNA’s Claims RMIS & TPA Data Services team within Property & Casualty Claims. You’ll help turn claims data into clear, actionable insights through analytics and visualization, partnering with business stakeholders to improve decision-making and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Partner across business functions to deliver insights using RMIS and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) data
- Support the intake, transformation, and ongoing management of claims-related datasets
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for reporting and analytics
- Create analytics outputs and visualizations that communicate trends, risks, and performance drivers
- Collaborate with customer-facing RMIS consultants and data professionals to improve data quality and adoption
Requirements
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, and visualization
- Strong understanding of data quality principles (accuracy, consistency, and governance)
- Ability to work with structured business requirements and translate them into analytical deliverables
- Comfort partnering with cross-functional teams to support operational and risk-focused decisions
