Responsibilities
- Lead data strategy and analytics initiatives to support business and program outcomes.
- Own the design and improvement of data pipelines, reporting, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, data requirements, and success criteria.
- Drive data quality, governance, and documentation best practices.
- Use insights to inform product, operational, and stakeholder decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience leading data projects across analytics, reporting, and/or data engineering.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern data modeling concepts.
- Proven ability to translate business questions into measurable data solutions.
- Experience with data visualization and stakeholder communication.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements.
