About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Privacy Operations Specialist to help strengthen our global data privacy program. You’ll support the design, implementation, and day-to-day operations that keep our data practices aligned with applicable privacy regulations while enabling responsible data use.
Responsibilities
- Support the operational management of a global privacy program, including controls, workflows, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate, current data inventories and ensure data mapping supports privacy requirements.
- Help ensure organizational practices align with key privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA (as applicable).
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Legal, IT, Cybersecurity, HR, Data Analytics, and business teams.
- Contribute to AI governance and responsible AI use practices where privacy requirements intersect.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of global data privacy laws and compliance concepts.
- Experience with operational controls and privacy program execution (e.g., processes, documentation, and governance artifacts).
- Comfort working across teams, translating requirements into practical operational steps.
- Familiarity with AI governance and responsible data/AI use is a plus.
