About the Role
Gruve is looking for an In-House Legal Counsel with 2–3 years of legal experience to join our growing software services team. As an early member of our legal function, you’ll support a wide range of legal needs—from commercial agreements to day-to-day operational guidance—helping the company scale responsibly in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer and partner agreements
- Advise internal teams on commercial and operational legal issues
- Support corporate and governance needs as the company grows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage legal risk and ensure compliance
- Help build practical legal processes that scale with the business
Requirements
- 2–3 years of legal experience in a relevant practice area
- Strong contract review and negotiation skills
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a startup environment
- Excellent communication and judgment with attention to detail
