Responsibilities
- Handle defense matters involving alleged medical malpractice and nursing home-related claims

- Work effectively within a nationwide legal team across offices
Requirements
- Active attorney licensure (state bar admission required)
- Experience or strong interest in medical malpractice and/or long-term care defense
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and manage evolving case responsibilities
