About the Role
Ford Motor Credit Company is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help shape digital experiences that support customers and dealerships worldwide. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment guided by Lean, Agile, and eXtreme Programming (XP) principles.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using ReactJS and NodeJS
- Develop and enhance web experiences powered by Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product owners to deliver customer-focused features
- Contribute to continuous improvement through Agile/XP practices and iterative delivery
- Support integration and reliability of services that enable dealership and customer workflows
Requirements
- Strong experience building front-end applications with ReactJS
- Proficiency with back-end development using NodeJS
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience working in Lean/Agile environments and delivering in iterative cycles
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate requirements into working software
