About the Role
Join the Department of Labor and Employment as a Product Manager focused on FAMLI Integrity & Analytics. This role helps ensure reliable program data and supports analytics that strengthen outcomes for Colorado workers. This posting is open to current Colorado residents only.
Responsibilities
- Own product planning for integrity and analytics initiatives, including defining outcomes, priorities, and roadmaps
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven improvements and enhancements
- Monitor progress and performance metrics to ensure initiatives meet operational and stakeholder goals
- Communicate status, risks, and next steps to leadership and partner teams
Requirements
- Experience managing product initiatives, including gathering requirements and driving delivery
- Strong analytics and data-driven problem solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Must be a current resident of Colorado
