About the Role
The Development Coordinator, International Philanthropy will support frontline fundraising and stewardship efforts for international donors. You’ll partner with colleagues across Development, Gift Management, and Donor Relations to help ensure accurate gift processing while supporting senior leadership and faculty engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support fundraising activities through donor briefings, prospect and topical research, and strategy development
- Coordinate stewardship with Donor Relations, including donor and faculty correspondence
- Assist with gift proposal development and support international gift policy submissions
- Work closely with Gift Management to help ensure gifts are processed accurately and on time
- Provide high-level support for international donor meetings, events, communications, and travel planning
- Advise Development Assistants on complex international itineraries and related logistics
- Support key international initiatives under the guidance of senior fundraisers, including Global Advisory Council member engagement and annual meeting support
Requirements
- Experience supporting development, fundraising, or donor relations activities (or comparable client/stakeholder coordination)
- Strong research and writing skills for donor-facing updates and proposal materials
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
- Comfort coordinating international travel, schedules, and event logistics
- Professional communication skills for working with donors, faculty, and senior leadership
