About the Role
Renesas Electronics is seeking a Diffusion Equipment Engineer to support our semiconductor manufacturing operations in Palm Bay, Florida. You’ll work with a team focused on producing high-performance analog semiconductors, bringing strong project ownership and clear communication to daily engineering activities.
Responsibilities
- Support diffusion equipment and related manufacturing processes to maintain performance and yield
- Lead or participate in equipment projects, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production needs and engineering requirements
- Document findings, drive corrective actions, and communicate status to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
- 5+ years of semiconductor experience in equipment engineering, with diffusion background required
- Strong mechanical aptitude relevant to diffusion equipment
