Digital Transformation Lead (EPC) | Full-Time Hybrid

About the Role

Redwood Materials is building a more sustainable battery supply chain by keeping critical minerals in circulation through recovery, reuse, and recycling. Our Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) team is responsible for the infrastructure that powers this growth. We’re seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to shape and execute the EPC digital strategy, improve how work moves through the organization, and create internal tools that help teams collaborate smoothly across design and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the EPC digital transformation roadmap, aligned with business priorities
• Streamline EPC workflows to improve speed, quality, and cross-functional collaboration
• Build and maintain in-house digital tools to support EPC planning, execution, and delivery
• Identify opportunities for process automation and data-driven decision-making
• Partner with engineering, procurement, and construction stakeholders to implement solutions end to end

Requirements

• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in engineering, construction, or similar project-based environments
• Strong understanding of workflow design and systems integration
• Proven ability to deliver internal tools or automation that improve operational outcomes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across design and delivery teams
