In this entry-level position, you’ll build mechanical engineering experience through maintenance support, troubleshooting, installations, and continuous improvement projects alongside experienced engineers and operations leaders.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electromechanical equipment used in production.
- Help evaluate equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Investigate equipment problems, support root-cause analysis, and help implement corrective actions to reduce repeat failures and downtime.
- Support maintenance and performance of facility utilities and related systems.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience or strong academic foundation in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
- Comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing environment and learning maintenance best practices.
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting, root-cause thinking, and continuous improvement concepts.
- Strong willingness to collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
