About the Role
Raytheon is seeking a Mechanical Engineer I to support engineering activities onsite. This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance, with U.S. citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with mechanical engineering design, analysis, and development tasks
- Support test and evaluation activities for engineering systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems
- Document work and contribute to engineering data and reporting
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required to be eligible for a DoD security clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- DoD Secret clearance required; active and existing clearance required after day 1
- Relevant mechanical engineering education or early-career experience
