Director of Human Resources (HR) | Onsite in Pendleton, OR

About the Role

Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead our people strategy for a fast-growing, multi-state healthcare organization. You will be based at our headquarters in Pendleton, Oregon, supporting approximately 1,100 employees across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Nebraska.

This is a hands-on HR leadership role where you set direction, build strategy, and help shape how our teams grow and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance the HR function across multiple states, partnering with leaders and managers to support business goals
• Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and processes that strengthen recruiting, retention, and employee experience
• Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements
• Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, org design, and leadership support
• Manage and improve HR workflows to ensure consistent, scalable practices across locations

Requirements

• Proven HR leadership experience, ideally at the director level
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Experience supporting multi-location or multi-state teams
• Ability to build strategy while staying engaged in day-to-day execution
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with leaders across the organization
