Director of Partner Success (Oncology Behavioral Health) | Hybrid

About the Role

Protocol Behavioral Health is expanding access to cancer-specific behavioral health by partnering directly with oncology clinics and cancer centers. We’re seeking a Director of Partner Success to strengthen and scale relationships with our provider partners, ensuring care delivery is effective, consistent, and aligned with our collaborative care model.

Responsibilities

• Own partner success strategy across onboarding, implementation, and ongoing performance
• Build strong relationships with oncology and behavioral health stakeholders to support long-term partnership outcomes
• Collaborate with internal clinical, operations, and value-based care teams to drive high-quality patient experiences
• Track partner KPIs and use insights to improve adoption, adherence, and care coordination
• Support operational readiness by coordinating workflows, training, and partner communications
• Identify opportunities to expand partner relationships and deepen integration into oncology treatment centers

Requirements

• Experience leading partner/customer success, account management, or provider relations in a healthcare or healthcare-adjacent environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, care coordination, and/or value-based care models
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across clinical and operational teams
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-growing, early-stage organization
• Data-driven mindset to measure performance and drive continuous improvement
