About the Role
Roku is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead product strategy and execution for Search. You’ll help shape how millions of users discover content on Roku while strengthening the capabilities that connect consumers, publishers, and advertisers across the TV ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for Roku Search and related discovery experiences.
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
- Translate user needs and business goals into clear requirements, metrics, and priorities.
- Guide experimentation and iteration to improve relevance, performance, and overall user engagement.
- Communicate progress, risks, and results to leadership and partner teams.
Requirements
- Proven product management leadership experience, ideally in Search, discovery, or recommendation systems.
- Strong ability to connect customer insights to measurable product outcomes.
- Experience working with engineering teams to deliver complex, data-driven products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
