MISUMI Americas is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Strategy to design and scale our commercial engine. This leader will build an operating model that supports sustainable, predictable growth as we accelerate toward a $1B+ enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the go-to-market strategy and commercial operating model
- Consolidate revenue infrastructure, enablement, and organizational performance into one high-impact function
- Design scalable processes and performance management to support revenue growth
- Partner cross-functionally to align strategy, execution, and outcomes across the commercial organization
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience owning commercial strategy, go-to-market, or revenue operations
- Track record of building scalable operating models and driving measurable growth
- Strong ability to connect strategy to execution through enablement and performance management
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
