About the Role
As a Director of Strategic Project Management, you’ll lead project management and executive operations to help drive strategic priorities across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure initiatives are planned, tracked, and delivered with clarity and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic project planning, execution, and reporting for executive stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives on time and within scope
- Establish and improve project management processes, governance, and operating rhythms
- Translate business goals into actionable project plans, milestones, and success metrics
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations while maintaining high visibility for leadership
- Support executive operations through effective tracking, communication, and documentation
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in strategic project management and/or program management
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Demonstrated experience building or improving project management frameworks and reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
