About the Role
Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary General Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our retail location in West Chester. This role helps ensure a smooth, compliant patient experience while driving strong store performance through effective leadership and operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dispensary operations, including staffing, training, and shift scheduling
- Manage purchasing, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards
