About the Role
Join the Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE) in the Office of Operations as an Education Consultant. This role supports the department’s mission to help every child graduate prepared for college, career, and life success through policy, oversight, research, and training.
This position is located in East Baton Parish and contributes to operational efforts managing more than $1 billion in state and federal funding.
Responsibilities
- Support operational initiatives that strengthen education programs and services
- Assist with planning, coordination, and implementation of department priorities
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, compliance, and program delivery
- Provide consulting support to help align operational work with LDOE goals
Requirements
- Experience working in education, program operations, or related consulting functions
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
