About the Role
The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) is seeking an Educator Talent Program Manager (Associate) to help strengthen educator workforce initiatives. This is a non-classified role, with applications accepted from both Colorado residents and non-residents. The selected incumbent must live in and complete work for CDE within Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of educator talent program activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align program goals with educator workforce needs.
- Assist with program monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of program processes and participant support.
Requirements
- Ability to live in and perform work for CDE within the state of Colorado.
- Strong coordination and program support skills.
- Clear communication and collaboration across teams.
- Commitment to supporting Colorado’s public education system.
