About the Role

Boeing’s Precision Engagement Systems Team is seeking an Associate or Experienced Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer to support development of common test equipment for precision engagement system products. This role is based in St. Charles, Missouri, and you’ll join a high-performing engineering group focused on complex design and non-recurring engineering projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee electrical design and analysis activities for common SIL test equipment supporting precision engagement products
  • Collaborate with executive functional and program leadership, chief engineers, and product team members
  • Help shape the technology roadmap for common SIL test equipment
  • Provide technical oversight, guidance, and engineering support across design and analysis efforts
  • Support cross-functional execution to meet program and product objectives

Requirements

  • Experience in electrical design and engineering analysis for test or similar hardware systems
  • Ability to work effectively with senior technical and program stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a development environment with non-recurring engineering demands
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
