About the Role
SpaceXAI is building AI systems to help humanity better understand the universe. As part of the facility operations team, you’ll design, build, and help activate data center infrastructure that supports high-performance computing for advanced AI workloads.
We’re a small, highly motivated team with a flat structure—hands-on contribution, strong prioritization, and clear communication are essential.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement electrical systems for data center infrastructure
- Support installation, commissioning, and activation of facility equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet performance and reliability needs
- Troubleshoot electrical and commissioning issues during build-out and operations
- Document designs and share technical knowledge with teammates
Requirements
- Electrical engineering experience with facility or data center infrastructure
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical details clearly
- Hands-on mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving, small team environment
- Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality results
