About the Role
Scout Motors is building the next generation of rugged, American-made vehicles—honoring the past while electrifying the future. We’re seeking an Electrical Engineer Specialist to support construction-related electrical systems and help ensure our facilities and projects are built to spec, safely, and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Support electrical design and implementation activities related to construction projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate electrical requirements, installation standards, and project timelines.
- Review plans, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure compliance and build readiness.
- Assist with troubleshooting during installation, commissioning support, and system handoff.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of electrical processes and documentation for construction work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Experience supporting electrical systems in construction, facilities, or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring/controls concepts, and safety best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with contractors and internal stakeholders.
