About the Role
Pearce is seeking an OSP Field Engineer to support mission-critical electromechanical infrastructure across North America. In this role, you’ll help deliver technical services for systems such as UPS, backup power generators, battery energy storage (BESS), and critical cooling—supporting customers in industries like telecom and data centers.
Responsibilities
- Provide field engineering support to install, maintain, and troubleshoot OSP-related infrastructure
- Coordinate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to support service delivery
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and field observations to support ongoing operations
- Support preventative maintenance and repair activities for critical electrical and mechanical systems
Requirements
- Experience working in field engineering or field service environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working on-site and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of mission-critical power and electromechanical infrastructure is a plus
