About the Role
Pearce is seeking an OSP Field Engineer to support mission-critical electromechanical infrastructure across North America. You’ll help deliver technical maintenance, repair, and engineering services for systems such as UPS, backup power generators, battery energy storage, and critical cooling—supporting customers in environments like telecom and data centers.
Responsibilities
- Perform field engineering activities supporting installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical power and infrastructure systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
- Assist with technical documentation and field reporting to support ongoing operations and asset management
- Support customer-facing technical efforts by communicating findings and next steps clearly
Requirements
- Experience in field engineering and/or technical maintenance within electrical/mechanical infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret technical information
- Comfort working onsite in the field and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of critical power systems (UPS, generators, or related infrastructure) is preferred
